 
Sydney City Fitness & Bootcamp Fitness Sydney are proud to combine forces to offer Sydney’s most diverse range of 6 week Bootcamp Fitness Programs, in great locations along the Lower North Shore of Sydney & the Sydney CBD.
Our 6 week Bootcamp Fitness program and our Dawn Squad fitness program are based on boot camp participants completing
2 sessions per week with the option extra sessions from our Harbourside Personal Fitness Training studio gym in North Sydney.
Harbourside Bootcamp Fitness programs are based on structured, hard, fun fitness programming, we do not scream, shout or blow whistles like other bootcamp courses – we will simply push you, encourage you and motivate you in a hard, fun & safe way towards your goals.
The sessions are exciting with a constantly changing variety of exercises & training principles, sessions will include elements of military training, flexibility, boxing, pump style weights, running, abs & core work, team building & urban explorer challenges.
People of all fitness levels are welcome to join. Our program will push you to reach your physical potential. Many of our participants have found that in addition to improved fitness and health, new friendships are formed through the shared experience.
